Holding to see what happens, even if it takes until the law requires the same/similar punishment given to DUI offenders, (both with deadly consequences) ONCI's preventive/tracking/patented value will come to the forefront in over seeing repeat offenders.
I posted about this value to the Public 2+ years ago when i first got in.
The wheels of progress turn slowly, E.g. seat belts, air bags, in car breathalyzers, drug testing- etc.
ONCI's tech will be the "ankle bracelet" for Distracted Driving control. IMO
The insurance companies will recognize that the addiction to DD can't be solved by "swipe to the left" or "just say no" or "on the wagon" is/has working/worked for DD, drugs or alcohol.
The bottom line for insurance co's, is what is more cost saving effective, especially when it comes to fleet and government vehicles where the damages can range in the millions.
Let's see what happens.
