...it just occurred to me.....that joe was on top of it....by getting the bank ready and willing to allow for move on to nasdaq with an s1 filing that was necessary requirement by the nasdaq....
am hoping that the bank will not be discouraged by the falling pps and refuse the deal all together,,,,,i don't mean to imply negativity but its an ''what if'' question that may arise soon...
am hoping that the said bank has done its due diligence and is still willing to pay up.....its a resource that is desperately needed to make this engine hum...
