....the reason is....we are getting married to this bank.....you don't get married for one year, do you?....for us to get better terms than the usual 750,000 and a 1,000,000 loan with 30 %....is thinking long term....the bank has to believe that the 50 or 70 million will make them a billion....with the risk they are taking, a biotech on an otc company....that have 'pieces'' of a 'something'' that may work or maynot....
