True. In the October CC we heard-
“And the hope is to have these new businesses up and running soon. We've raised the necessary monies for these endeavors in a loan, which I want to address is a straight loan and is not equity-related, not stock-related. So, no dilution to our shareholders would be subjected to as we're getting these operations up and running. The terms of the loan are very acceptable and we're waiting for the closing documents from the back, hopefully within the next week to ten days.”
I don’t think a S1 was mentioned in the previous CC, although in the new CC he says that was the plan all along. Originally the comments were of near term revenue funding operations, as said multiple times early this year.
