An alert prior dividend was a calculated PR, to avoid additional confusion it would be appropriate after several days and sufficient tme to get a CMF legal opinion to confirm if there was a breach of contract/agreement , gentleman's agreement or a loophole that allowed them to sell shares in the open market and deliberate late filing.
