I agree. I think that's one of the biggest problems. Getting things done on time.

Generex needs to get things done on time. So far, that is not happening.

Dividend, not on time.
Uplist not on time.
NGIO not on time.

All of these are uncertainties.

They have to do better.

They did the acquisitions, which is good. But those not on times are still there.

Get NGIO DONE. (This is a big deal as was said to be beginning of December)
Get uplist Done. (This is still a big deal)
Get the dividend done. (This is a rather big deal as people bought into this).

Ensure the S1 is signed this week as stated on the call.
