It’s down on pure uncertainty... about the div, revs, NAZ, viability, etc.
Next major move will be a big one, I suspect, as we either start to feel the ship right itself or start taking on water quickly. The owners of the acquired companies won’t wait forever... they have been fantastic so far, tho!
