Easy vote for RAD as 49% is held by institutional buyers. They have been actively seeking mergers for years. Albertson's was the last to fail. Either way, JV or merger, is great but if there's a merger negotiation I believe they would have no problem passing the vote as their $480 million cap company is in desperate need of something new to make them relevant again. Becoming part of an international conglomerate and adding to their PBM market share would be golden for us all!
