I was struck a comment in yesterday’s PI video (@~1:55) when NP expressed bafflement about the heavy selling. He said it was unheard of for an OTC company to trade 17-18M shares in 10 business days. At the time, it suggested to me that the action wasn’t related to the current raise (and NP was as confused about it as we were). Now we know what was going on. The big question is what it means.
