I can understand Pestell wanting to diversify his holdings. While I don't know his net worth, I suspect CYDY stock represents a very large percentage of it, so I do not view his selling as either a positive or negative indication of the ultimate success of Cytodyn and its SP. In fact, while the impact of his selling on the SP sucks, Buyers of those shares presumably have a longer term perspective and belief in the company's viability and potential, which hopefully translate into SP stability and ultimately significant appreciation.
