I am wondering if there was some reason he needed to get below the 5% beneficial ownership threshold??? Perhaps it creates a fiduciary duty to the Company when combined with being a former board member? And is somehow related to the lawsuit???

Or perhaps he just doesn't want his name on every disclosure of owners???
