Joe and Generex need to do a far better job doing due diligence on people and companies they are to hire, associate with or acquire. Hiring someone with a bad history is an example, and others that help cause problems with trying to move forward as a public company. Another example many may not realize is that when Generex acquired their first of two pharmacies, perhaps in 2017, one of them was denied a license (I think in Kansas) to operate as a pharmacy because the person in charge had a fraudulent past in that field. Google could have told them that.
