I really doubt that he has time to read these boards, but I do know that he reads his emails, and many posters on these boards email him with the same complaints they post here. The best method for communicating with NP is to email him even though you may not always get a response, but I certainly wouldn't rely on these boards to communicate with him. Just my opinion...
