You are correct that BLA Clearance to submit is very likely a pre-condition to consummating the licensing deal. I think clearance to submit is the most important milestone in the near term. Until that happens, CYDY is in the uncomfortable position of waiting for a government agency to make a decision and our investment is stuck in OTC limbo along with it.
