Do you, or anyone else, know what is the lowest number of patients in trials that has been acceptable for the FDA to approve? I'm genuinely curious about this. This could be a bit of a different animal with the mountain of safety data from the HIV trials, but I want to have a REALISTIC opinion of what the best case scenario is for minimum number of patients and the time it will take.
