Selling the Company at this point would be fruitless there is little or no value to a prospective buyer. If there is interest in the new IP and product selling might be viable.

Because I know of a certain company one floor beneath my company, same building, that would love to acquire DECN to save their own azzes but DECN has not wanted to talk to them because they have something better going.
