Divi with 70 or 90 mil is a big risk, high volume days with people looking for only 10-100% profit .....struggle to get to NASDAQ requirements. What if there was a loophole in the agreement with the waived shares? We make assumptions CMF violated SEC /agreement. Maybe they didnt.....dont think we will have genuine cooperation because a request not to sell was established. Minimum float and reduced and/or delayed dividend could expedite NASDAQ. The key is NASDAQ, additional financing and institutional buying.
