Well, Joe said he wanted to wait until getting to NASDAQ to actually get funding. He did say he could stay on OTC to get funding, but it made no sense, because NASDAQ was where big investors were at and since they were trying to get to NASDAQ, it was better to hold off and go for all of it.
It looks like that maybe NASDAQ is a bit off, so the funding is needed now and that is why he went the route of getting funding at the OTC level.
What my biggest concern is at the moment is stopping the PPS bleeding. We can't take more hits of .05 - .14 range a day in the negative at this price. Joe and team need to do something now and not later.
