I texted Joe today with my restitution idea. He will pass onto the lawyers that are handling this right now. He is concerned that it won't help with the share price erosion that happened. I think it would since GNBT would buy about 100K shares a day for 20 days and that will create buying pressure and upward price movement, since GNBT won't be trying to get the best price, they would be buying at the ask mostly. Then he is also concerned that it would be considered an illegal promotion to buy our own stock. However I think if they make a public announcement of a 2M share open market share repurchase over a 1 month period, it should be allowed. He said quiet period around the S1 will not allow this. Although CEOs/insiders are allowed to set up systematic sells/buys of insider stock as long as it is controlled by an outside broker. maybe that would work here.

Bottom line, he appreciates the suggestion and idea and will pass onto his lawyers for comments.
