BL - I will give you explanation as I understand .,
With time chemotherapy and Immune therapy patients are becoming resistant to it , and they have no other way to treat .
We know now that all/ most of this resistance is due to action of CCR5.
And we know there is so far no resistance of Leronlimab to block CCR5 . ..
At least in hiv there might be resistance to other CCR5 inhibitors , but not to Leronlimab.
So until resistance to Leronlimab will appear , patients should be improving .
