Many on the other board keep referring to the ”market” as if it is some barometer of truth. The OTC is not a mountain of truth, not even close. We have about 1000 different share holders. A small number whom participated in cash raises actively de-risking their investment represent a majority of the shares. The smaller amount of shares are controlled by smaller but more numerous investors who have and/or accumulate share that they do not sell. The only transactions are a small number of de-risers selling to a large number of “its so cheap, I want more” investors. This is not the transaction that establishes the value of a company. This OTC market distorts more than it tells the truth.
