Yes, you are correct and along with a couple other CSI/ACS personnel connections.

And CSI/ACS are the same as far as $SFOR getting paid. The APLA calls out CSI by name. Some want to mislead and indicate we will get paid less coz we have the deal with CSI and not ACS. This has already been confirmed with Mr. Kay many times, but yet some still want to mislead for whatever their ridiculous reasons!
