Jail and massive fines don't help GNBT though...the lawyers and the SEC get rich. I like Zolis' idea...if they don't want GNBT to press charges, they need to buy back the 2M shares in the open market and NOT be entitle to the Due Bill on those shares. This would need to be completed within 1 month, the amount of time they were selling illegally (I think). This would then make them back into the covenants.

The most I can do, jail and massive fines would be great but that’s just my opinion, holidays no outside councils working as I said yesterday as extreme as I get once I have all the facts and lawyer weigh in.
