I have to be honest here. It doesn't matter of all the talk about how many CC's or how many PRs Generex gives or puts out. They can do more than any company as Joe has mentioned several times. If the market doesn't see fruition come from all of it, from the company, then it is a dog and pony show.
That being said, Generex has made strides in getting Acquisitions. That's a plus. Generex has products out there and has trials going. Those are pluses.
I bought into this company because of what Generex was doing and the vision thereof. Then when the dividend was announced, I bought into the company quite a bit more. I've gone through now, two dividend delays and this last one which is now a postponement has no set date as to when it will get paid. Does that concern me? Yes, because I actually bought quite a bit more on this dividend, so my expectation is that we would be getting it.
I don't want to see a dilution of the dividend. It's not fair to all those who were promised a dividend and who bought into it.
Concerning the NGIO listing, my 'understanding' from the announcement leading up to the CC last week, there was going to be a dividend given to GNBT shareholders for NGIO. 'IF' my understanding was correct, I still think this should happen, especially in light of the CMF fiasco and at least based on the shares that GNBT shareholders have, they should have NGIO shares. This would go a long way also in alleviating some of the heartache shareholders feel right now with all that is going on.
This is a mess. I don't know any other way of putting it. Yes, I think things will turn around, but right now, it's a mess. The ship needs to be righted and there are several ways to do it. The S1 is a start, the 10-Q kind of worries me a bit now, NGIO should help, I think giving the dividend to GNBT shareholders in NGIO would help now as well, and getting sales going as quickly as possible.
Just my thoughts.
