Agreed. What is the advantage of the dividend in real terms? When GNBT was selling at $2+, the dividend posed opportunity for shareholder value. Also, we were hoping for a premium as the retired and other restricted shares were not entitled to the dividend. At this point the dividend, which is only a stock split, is moot.
