Not sure if it legal to do so at this time with S1 and uplisting pending...how about gnbt itself uses a portion of the $5 million loan to buy back shares from the open market? Just $1 million to $2 million can increase the PPS significantly.

A lot of companies buy back shares from open market when their share prices drop.
