Another company I am invested in is offering warrants and common at a discount to the current PPS which is close to its all time low. Not a pleasant place to be raising funds. Therefore I particularly am sensitive to what has happened to GNBT.

We were supposed to be raising funds after we got on the NAZ at more attractive terms. Since we are not on the NAZ, one has to assume we will be paying a premium.
