Dividend has to be paid and I have no problem with it being paid once PPS is at 2.00. I think once the S1 happens and from what I heard when listening to the call today, the 10-Q will be out around December 15, so I’m thinking between the S1 and if everything looks good with the 10Q, that should really jump start the PPS, then you also have NGIO, which Generex will own the majority of stock in, which again helps the PPS, December should look pretty good hopefully overall, then January possibly pushing even better.
