I'm realizing now that CYDY wants to make it very clear to all the pharmaceutical companies that we can do this with or without their help (partnership / deal). I think this is the point CYDY is making by diluting more shares. This gives CYDY tremendously more leverage in negotiating partnership terms so yes it sucks that they keep diluting, but it's necessary and we will be thankful when it all works out.
