I bet we will find there is little in those agreements deterring CMF from selling.
If what CMF did is "highly illegal" as Joe is fond of saying, we shouldn't have to worry about the others selling. To think, others are owed anything(dividend) as a result of what CMF illegally did is "ridiculous", also a fond saying of Joe's.
