Start slowly with a big stick...PT addressing China is a start....as no other President dare do so, if you don't have balls we won't get anywhere as our past has indicated yet as I have said I cringe at times when Trump does some things. When he (Trump) addressed China in his office w/staff and it was shown at least on Fox probably around 2-4 weeks ago he has shown he is more than Presidential when it counts involving world leaders. Let him slap a few around that mess with him no problem.
