From what I see, usually licensing you get a quick spike, not as much with BLA. But three months later, like tortoise and the hare, they might be grounding upward with share price towards drug approval with the BLA, where as with licensing, 3 months after the quick spike, it might be lower than before. Just my observation, not a technical analysis, which I can't seem to find any about online. Getting both would be very interesting.

I was trading ktov in December, January, getting in at the drop. From 60c to over $1, feeling good about that 30% return, when right after I sold they announced a deal and it opened up premarket over $3, 300% spike,.... ouch. missed out on $70k if I had waited just a week. Also, another interesting item, if I remember correctly, A17 was on the ktov ihub board with the usual this stock is going nowhere right before that $3 spike.



These deals announced I'm talking about though are usually similar to the jnce one, which is bad for the original company imo, not the 50/50 split cydy is looking for. So maybe a completely different reaction after the initial spike, especially held down this long and with BLA submission.
