So lets summarize a great, great weekend with full and fair disclosure from the T/A and from Wayne Anderson's SEC filing:
T/A reported these numbers on Nov 25th, 2019:
37,195,846 shares issued
13,766,929 shares restricted
23,428,917 shares in the float
Wayne Anderson filed with the SEC on Friday stating he still owns 6,452,412 shares or 28% of the entire float. Filing link is on the SEC website for Edgar filing for everyone to see.
That means the true float as 16,976,505 shares!!!
The T/A is open for anyone to contact to also confirm the above noted share structure as of November 25, 2019
Why did Wayne keep all these shares he received at the beginning of the year? Why has he not sold them at levels much higher than where we are now? What does he know that the street does not! For Wayne to hold these shares there must be the 'MOTHER OF ALL NEWS COMING IN THE FUTURE' because for him to keep these shares is totally out of his character.
