This is much more in my wheelhouse than the legal proceedings: Joe, a dividend without the waivers is pointless and worthless. Either do the original intent or skip it completely. No reason to double shares outstanding and cut price in half. At least if original div would have cut price in half because the market or exchange is stupid, the ownership percentage of outstanding shares would have gone up, as would ownership of the future revenue (which is what I really care about). In time it would have provided value. My recent purchasing history was predicated solely on this fact. Perceived or not there was actual value in the original divi. I want to either own 2x shares of ~65MM or x shares of ~44MM. Literally no reason to drag down the price otherwise. I feel like I’ve been yelling in the wind about this to no one hearing me.
