I didn’t talk about this publically I don’t recall so I can’t answer this, but here is what s1’s mean to companies, they make you real as approved SEC s1’s sunstaiate you are a real company because of SEC scrutiny and review, they all all financing options with all tiered funds because other then the convertible note guys no one will touch you, it’s a check box for brokers and brokerage firms in taking you seriously, it’s much better financing and equity deal terms, it can be utilized (the offering) for a nasdaq listing and going concern removal, etc etc etc, the list goes on, and this is just the general list.
