Just so you understand it’s not about selling what they sold it’s about rendering all the other waivers ineffective, it’s about breaking our agreements and covenants, and yes they are the cause of the drag down from 2 to where we are today, why wouldn’t it of when no one was really selling because of the dividend, as I said on the conference call, if the company has to issue up to 20 million more shares because the waivers from everyone else are null and void is that something we want. It’s a lot of shares to chew threw that’s for sure at 40 cents.
