I don't think its game over for LAHO. We will have to wait and see what happens with the next PR...in 2 days?
They are going to throw all 3 companies involved in the hopper and do whatever creative math they have to do to get it to pencil out.
No way the LAHO shareholders are gong to keep their current amount of shares.......no way.
If the preferred share counts are getting a 20% reduction, then all those holding common's will fare not quite as well. Lets hope that we end up with at least 1/4 swap of our current holdings and not a 1/10 swap.
It looks like we will be getting a smaller piece of a larger pie though.
