I must be missing something, I thought the insiders waived the dividend and agreed to restrict their shares to the company out of a loyaltyto the company and wanting to get things off on the right track. Creek Mountain sold half their position, killing the share price, thinking they can buy back after the dividend. Somehow they got caught. Joe said they stopped selling.
How and why did the idea that we need to unrestrict and offer dividend to insiders become a thing. Isn't the idea still the same?
Isn't Creek Mountain now caught like a short seller.
We delay the dividend until the price goes up a bit. Creek Mountain makes good on the dividend for the 2 million shares, it's almost weird how the first solution presented, is to allow dividend to insiders and unrestrict their shares. It's as though it was part of a plan.
I'm I the only one that has been buying way more than I should over the past year because of the dividends?
