Sounds like the end result of Creek Mountain selling and violating the waiver, is that the dividend is postponed, possibly creating a legal issues. However, the possibility that all the insiders will be able to sell and also receive the dividend is a real possibility. I can't believe Joe acted as if a promised dividend wouldn't motivate a buyer. Something is off about this whole thing.
