Q: Was Creek Mountain selling at market prices?
JoeM: I guess they did what everybody else does, offering shares, potentially with a limit price, ... it is all just speculation.
They did not share their selling strategy with me.
* next 10-Q will be due on Dec, 15th. We do not plan for late filing again, but we have to see if this will become necessary.
* we cannot rush these things, in particular the audited 10-K, because the auditor have to be independent, so they take as long
as they need and I have no control over that.
* regarding the criteria for the uplisting, please check the official nasdaq.com website, there is nothing else than that,
I can tell you.
Caller 13:
Joe: There is no ex-dividend date and any shares that you are buying now, you will recevie the share that you have bought.
* within the next week or so, we should be more clear about as to what can and need to get done. And as soon as we
are done with these evaluations, we will update all of you shareholders in this regard.
* the 10-K was good enough to check another 2 boxes off for the NAZ uplisting.
