For those, who cannot participate.
Here are my comments on the opening statement by Joe:
* No dividend paid out, even though it was scheduled to happen today.
* Sometimes roads are not paved in gold.
* history of 20:1 dividend similar story, needed to be postponed twice and finally was paid as promised.
* no issues with the 1:4 NGIO dividend, because NGIO is still a private company.
* similarly, we now have issues related to the 1:1 dividend, because there are always individuals, who try
to make undue gains, even though there are clear agreeements and contracts in place that should have
forbidden for this to be happen.
* S1 filing supposed to be signed sometime next week.
* ALTuCell blongs now 51% to GNBT, very exciting!
* reminders on all other acquisitions
* NGIO spin-out in the final steps.
* Excellagen nationwide roll-out to come and in part already in the making.
* share price sharp decline. Price fell from a stable > $2 down to the $0.8 within a short period of time.
* if the dividend would now be paid, this does not make sense, as it will likely be cut in half, after
the dividend payment was made. This for sure will not help the company in the uplisting process.
* In addition, this cut in PPS would help the people, who caused the entire decline, because they get the
opportunity to buy back the shares for even cheaper prices.#´
* Joe will carefully listen to our comments and questions and evaluate the overall demeanor and decide on
the next steps accordingly.
