I agree with your sentiments except I believe Pourhassan should be replaced if, by the end of December, he does not BOTH finalize the BLA submission, AND announce the execution of a binding licensing agreement.
BTW, I asked Pourhassan in an email why he had not purchased any stock.
Pourhassan's response was to say he had explained this at least five times on shareholder calls, and refused to give me a straightforward response.
If anyone can recall Pourhassan providing an explanation on any call as to why he has not purchased any stock, please enlighten me so I can put this troublesome issue to rest in my mind.
