A new discovery today on who the possible seller has been since Nov 6th when EMET received their 1,748,363 shares at .0323 per share and agreed to terms stating they could only own 4.9% of the company stock at one time.
On Nov 6th EMET owned 3,132,963 shares.
4.9% of 37,195,846 shares is 1,822,599 shares. That meant EMET had to sell 1,310,366 shares to be compliant with their agreement of the 4.9% ownership of the issued stock of GCAN.
Since Nov 6th there has been 2,014,918 shares traded. Coincidental you say............I don't!
