Doc, didn't he mention Broadridge to TC yesterday? The transfer agent should never have allowed those shares to be sold, so that may be one of your other parties. I'd think the MMs/brokerage that CMF used would also be involved, and maybe even OTC for not questioning the reduction in restricted shares during the process.
This shouldn't have any impact on the NGIO listing, nor the terms of the AlTuCell purchase (except the price of the shares starts at a much lower position than the $2.50 in the deal). I would assume that if CFM chooses to fight this in court, all these issues will be included in the damages GNBT claims. I still think GNBT has exceptional potential, but this really does put a kink in roll out of all of Joe's initiatives.
