$LAHO - This I like. All, if this becomes the case, it may possibly take a month or two after that for the run to max out....we will see.
All, take a look at your LAHO position and see what the date was when you purchased LAHO. "IF" we start trading again about mid 4/2020, and "IF" it takes a month or two for the run to mature after that, its possible that some may fall into the category of long term capital gains at that point.
Long term capital gains is when the investor holds onto the investment for 365 days before selling it. Stocks, I'm not sure about real estate. (check with your CPA on that)
I took a position in LAHO from the dates of mid 5/2019 to end of the same month. Now that would be worth the wait of this SEC suspension.
