I've always dismissed the concept of labeling a share transaction as a buy or sell as particularly useful. There is always a buyer for every seller. Someone somewhere wanted those relatively large blocks of shares that someone else didn't have the fortitude to hold today. I bet those buyers will be handsomely rewarded soon.
