I don't think this selling is noteholders. I could be wrong, but selling is done through gtsm. I guess some see the selling tactics now. gtsm will give bid support, but it is all to sell shares.
Why I don't think this selling is the noteholders?
New numbers out this week, held at DTC has changed very little over the last month. 15M volume should have cleared out any monthly the notehoder got. As the noteholder gets new shares, it is also added to the DTC. I believe this is from that big block moved over last month and maybe some they already at the DTC with those being sold. Was it the noteholder that got that big 10M block? Seems too much for a payment all at once for them. 2.5 Million dollar payment? They are limited to so much per month. Maybe a big shareholder exchanging shares for the new offering. Maybe a board member that left selling their shares... not sure. But they have a limited number, even though right now it doesn't feel that way, as they have been selling all month through this high volume.
