Well, thank you for your free opinion 
I believe legal teams were already involved even before the NBA as that’s already a legal document and is in no way as non binding as it may sound.
Because the situation we’re in I find it hard to find reasons for NP not to sign or delay, thus..
Never mind, no matter the reasons for it, we share the same frustrations.
