On the Announcement and maybe this is a question also for the CC on Friday, but while we are getting the one Dividend on Friday, was there any actual date mentioned when the second Dividend Joe brought up supposed to be given out or is that sometime after NGIO gets listed and then the date will be determined?

I know there is a wait to see what the PPS for NGIO will be. So, we have ALTuCELL being finalized sometime in December I believe, NGIO will be listed in December as well? Then a dividend in December with them? Joe is in the process also of getting ALTuCell appraised as well?
