"be we have told the public that we signed the non-binding agreement that had six weeks xxx ;the six weeks was over we told everybody that the (inteligible) was positive we're going to the final agreement portion to do that due diligence and that portion being finished hopefully very soon and announcing it, "

Either the deal is very well alive or NP is a liar. I personally think is the former.
